• Q1: What information is needed for PCB and PCBA quotation?

  PCB (Printed Circuit Board): Quantity, Gerber files, and technical requirements (material, surface finish, copper thickness, board thickness, etc.).

  PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly): PCB information, BOM (Bill of Materials), test files, etc.

• Q2: What file formats do you accept for PCB and PCBA production?

  Gerber files: CAM350 RS274X

  PCB files: Protel 99SE, P-CAD 2001

  PCB BOM: Excel (also accept PDF, Word, TXT)

• Q3: Are my files secure?

  Your files will be stored securely and reliably. We protect our customers' intellectual property throughout the process. All customer files will never be shared with any third parties. We are willing to sign an NDA according to the customer's local laws and promise to keep customer data highly confidential.

• Q4: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

  We have no minimum order quantity (MOQ) and can flexibly handle both small and large volume production.

• Q5: How is the shipping cost calculated?

  Shipping costs are determined by the destination, weight, and dimensions of the package. If you need a quotation, please let us know.

• Q6: What services do you offer?

  We mainly focus on PCB manufacturing, assembly, and component procurement services. Additionally, we offer AOI/X-ray testing, cable, and housing assembly services.

• Q7: Can we inspect the quality during production?

  Yes, we are open and transparent about every production process. We welcome customers to inspect our production processes and conduct internal audits.

• Q8: Can you produce if I only have a PCB sample without PCB/Gerber files?

  Yes, we can help you clone the PCB. Just send us the sample PCB, and we can clone the PCB design and proceed with production.

• Q9: What payment methods do you accept?

  We accept T/T, PayPal, and Alipay.

• Q10: Which countries have you worked with?

  We have experience working with countries like the USA, Canada, Italy, Germany, Brazil, Austria, Australia, Japan, and various African countries.

• Q11: What is your delivery time?

  Our delivery time is usually very punctual. PCB samples typically take 5-10 days, and mass production takes 10-15 days. For certain special situations, we also inform customers in advance to avoid any unexpected issues or losses.

• Q12: What is your testing policy? How do you control quality?

  For samples, we typically use flying probe testing. For PCBs over 3 square meters, we usually use fixture testing, which is faster. Due to the many steps involved in PCB production, we typically perform inspections after each step.

• Q13: What is your packaging like?

  We use inner vacuum packaging and triple corrugated cardboard boxes.

• Q14: How do you ship PCBs?

  It depends on the customer. Sometimes we ship through our freight forwarders, who are also agents for DHL, TNT, UPS, FedEx, etc. Our freight forwarders can offer more favorable rates than we would get directly from these courier companies.
